A List of Roman Catholic Scientist-Clerics

Bam.

And before non-Catholic Christians mention - yes, I know there's a tremendous amount of non-Catholic Christian scientists too. But I stumbled upon this one by accident and was pleasantly surprised.

Well, you know, Christianity taught mankind to be rational, and in the West, until 500 years ago, Catholicism was the extent of Christianity; and 'the scientific method' can be seen as the process used by the RCC for investigating sainthood being applied to the physical world.

I also think there's a particularly sharp edge to the fact that the list is of priest-scientists. It's harder to insist that the scientists were just Christian by happenstance when they're full-fledged clergy.
